13th Annual Art + Advocacy Starry Night Auction Recap

Midland Child Advocacy Center’s 13th Annual Art + Advocacy fundraiser event was held on May 14th 2026, raising just under $60,000 towards its child abuse prevention and intervention services. As the sole fundraising event for the agency, these funds are critical for the ongoing programmatic needs of these services. With the theme “Starry Night Auction,” the evening included:

Live Audience Games: Moonlight Rip + Heads or Tails (featuring black labs)
Over 20 Live Auction Items Including: Original Cathy Comic, Preserved Portion of the John Pratt House Mosaic, Mackinac Island Stay and Play, Golf at Kingsley Club, Live Art Painting, and more!
Experiences: Caricature Drawings (pets + people!), Starry Night Photo Booth, and Live Artist Collaborative Creation
Raffle Items - Art, Sports Memorabilia, Unique Experiences, and more!
Heavy hors d’oeuvres + drinks featuring Vinny’s Sparkling Gin Fizz!
